

ACCUTE
Accute is a unique time management and accounts program created to enable attorneys and advocates to keep track of their time recording, and then use this time recording to invoice clients. It automatically allows the user to create invoices based on their unbilled time, and to keep track of unpaid invoices and monies coming in.
Accute is a Client management tool insofar as it enables the firm to store all client details in a database. These client details include contact details and the producer for that particular client. Each client can then have multiple client mattters associated with them. Actions and Daily alerts can be stored against these matters as well as Outlook tasks and appointments created based on these actions. Any deposits or monies that the client may have paid you can be recorded against the matter.
The time records are then recorded against each matter. An invoice for the client is automatically generated from the time record screen, The invoice screen will let the user know which invoices are in progress, which have been sent but not paid and which invoices have been paid.
Payments are recorded in the Payments screen and any Expenses can be recorded in the Expenses screen.
A utilities feature allows the user to customise the various drop down boxes that are available in the system.
Tight security means that you can restrict your users to only using certain areas of the system, while a powerful reporting feature allows you to generate reports or export information to a CSV or text file in order to import into other programs such as Pascal or Excel.
